Who are we?
BPIE
The Buildings Performance Institute Europe (BPIE) is a not-for-profit think-tank with a focus on independent analysis and knowledge dissemination. It supports evidence-based policy making in Europe and beyond in the field of energy performance in buildings. BPIE provides open-source research, analysis, knowledge-sharing and advisory activities to European Institutions, policy-makers, the scientific community, as well as other private and public stakeholders.
CARTIF
CARTIF Technology Centre is a leading Spanish Applied Research Centre in the field of R&D and technology transfer activities. It was created in 1994 by some 200 researchers. Its primary research focuses on energy, climate and energy policy, energy efficiency, energy systems, smart cities and smart grids. CARTIF is currently participating in more than 60 international projects, including 24 LIFE projects and 44 projects from H2020.
EURAC
Eurac Research is a private research centre located in the heart of the Alps with a research focus on mountain regions and a vision that extends to Europe and beyond. The Institute for Renewable Energy conducts applied research on advanced energy systems, based on or including sustainable energy sources. Its activities include national and international research projects, as well as direct cooperation with industry partners.
ICLEI Europe
ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability is a global network of more than 1,750 local and regional governments committed to sustainable urban development. Active in 100+ countries, we influence sustainability policy and drive local action for low emission, nature-based, equitable, resilient and circular development. Its Members and team of experts work together through peer exchange, partnerships and capacity building to create systemic change for urban sustainability.
NTT DATA
NTT DATA is a multinational consulting company that offers business development and strategy, technological applications maintenance, and outsourcing solutions. NTT DATA’s contribution to the BuiltHub project will be the development of the IT platform infrastructure that will support the establishment of a robust, continuous and durable flow of reliable building data stock at the EU level.
RI.SE
RISE is an independent, State-owned research and innovation institute in Sweden. Through its international collaboration programmes with industry, academia and the public sector, it ensures the international competitiveness of the Swedish business community and contributes to a sustainable society. RISE offers unique expertise and over 100 testbeds and demonstration environments for future-proof technologies, products and services.

The Sympraxis Team of experts provides strategic consulting, fundraising and project management services. It supports the establishment and operation of effective partnerships involving private business, NGOs / social enterprises and public sector organisations, leading to innovative and valuable contributions to the environment and society.
TUWien
TU Wien is an open academic institution where discussions can happen, opinions can be voiced and arguments will be heard. Working under the motto of ‘Technology for people’ for over 200 years, TU Wien combines basic and applied research and research-oriented teaching at the highest level. Its graduates and scientists contribute to the stimulation and transfer of knowledge and technologies across society and the economy.
